Pipefitter - Per Diem OfferedPittsboro, Indiana - Posted on September 28, 2026 Published By Lori MelgaardTrillium Construction is now seeking experienced Heavy Industrial Pipe Fitters for a short-term steel mill shutdown project!Pipe Fitters will be responsible for fitting a variety of pipe sizes and configurations within a heavy industrial environment. Candidates must have experience working with industrial piping systems and be able to work safely and efficiently during a fast-paced shutdown.Project Details: Start Date: October 5, 2026 - Estimated End Date: October 9, 2026 - Schedule: Monday through Friday - Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Hours: Approximately 60 hours - Pay Rate: $36 per hour - Per Diem: $120 for each day workedQualifications: Previous heavy industrial pipe fitting experience. Experience fitting various pipe sizes and configurations. Previous steel mill or industrial shutdown experience. Must provide all required hand tools. Must provide a keyed personal lock for lockout/tagout. Must wear all required PPE and a safety harness. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
