Pipefitter Welder-Contingent WorkerUSA:TX:Katy | Contingent Worker | TemporarySummary: Worker from an agency - Temporary.Responsibilities of the Temp to Hire – Pipefitter Welder include, but are not limited to:Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.Measure, cut, bevel, thread, and prepare pipe for installation and welding.Fit and assemble piping systems, supports, valves, and related equipment.Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and/or Flux-Core processes as required.Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, and weld quality according to project specifications.Conduct inspections and troubleshoot piping systems to identify repairs or modifications.Operate fabrication and welding equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to meet project deadlines.Qualifications of the Temp to Hire – Pipefitter Welder include, but are not limited to:Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping specifications.Measure, cut, bevel, thread, and prepare pipe for installation and welding.Fit and assemble piping systems, supports, valves, and related equipment.Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and/or Flux-Core processes as required.Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, and weld quality according to project specifications.Conduct inspections and troubleshoot piping systems to identify repairs or modifications.Operate fabrication and welding equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to meet project deadlines.AWS welding certifications.
