Forklift Operator (Paid Clamp Truck Training)Location: Aberdeen, MD 1st Shift: $19.00/hr 2nd Shift: $20.50 + $3 weekend diff. Reliable, motivated operators have the opportunity to advance into permanent positions and leadership roles.Schedule OptionsChoose from several available shifts 1st:Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSunday - Wednesday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMWednesday - Saturday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM2nd:Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AMOvertime and shift premiums may be available.Pay & BenefitsCompetitive payPaid clamp truck trainingAdvancement opportunities into Lead and Supervisor positionsClimate-controlled warehouse environmentOvertime opportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) available after 30 days upon conversion to permanent employmentWhat You'll DoAs a Forklift Operator, you will:Operate electric sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks (training provided)Move, load, and secure large or oversized productsTransport freight safely throughout the warehouseUse RF scanners to track and manage inventoryMeet daily safety, quality, and productivity standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications for the Forklift Operators:Required:At least 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experienceMUST HAVE VALID LICENSEAbility to pass an on-site forklift driving testAbility to pass a safety training pre-testComfortable operating equipment in reverseAbility to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionallySteel-toe boots requiredStrong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safetyPreferredClamp truck experienceExperience with push/pull attachments, slip-sheet equipment, or similar material handling equipmentRF scanner and warehouse management system experience
