Job Description Job Description Barton Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a leading pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL . Join a fast-paced team supporting the production and packaging of high-quality pizza products. Join the team in Crest Hill, IL, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality pizza products in a fast-paced environment.
Environment: Production environment with varying temperatures, including cold and hot working conditions.
1st Shift Pay: $17.01/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Environment: Colder production line
3rd Shift Pay: $18.01/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:45 PM-6:00 AM
Overtime: As needed
Environment: Temperature-controlled production areas ranging from -30 ree;F to 176 ree;F
Responsibilities:
Package pizza products according to company standards
Operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers
Hand-pack products into boxes
Verify product quality and packaging integrity
Requisition materials as needed
Report quality or production issues to leads or supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity

Basic communication skills in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10-13 hours
Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, and perform physical activities
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -30 ree;F to 176 ree;F , as applicable
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
