Job description
Papa John's in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations, hire and train team members, and ensure top quality and safety standards. This role reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment.
You'll recruit staff, conduct onboarding, coach performance, manage shift schedules, and uphold company policies while delivering excellent customer service and driving profits.
