Job description
Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush to drive pace, quality, and service. This role owns people, products, and profits, with a focus on hands-on leadership and operating excellence on the floor.
You will set the pace of shifts, mentor staff, manage costs, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering guest satisfaction and strong financial results.
