Job description
Papa John's is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations who will manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure profitability. This self-sufficient leader makes quality decisions, and ensures proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place.
The role oversees operations managers, shifts, staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with policies; develops plans to meet sales and profit goals, controls costs, inventory, and assets, and maintains safety
