Job description
Domino's is seeking a Store General Manager to lead daily operations in assigned locations. The role oversees food quality, labor, service standards, and profitability, with monthly P&L reviews and a demanding 50‑hour week including one on-call day.
The GM ensures staffing, training, maintenance, product execution, safety, and adherence to Domino’s standards across all stores, driving performance and customer satisfaction.
