Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all stages of personal injury claims and lawsuits.
Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the facts and articulate the damages incurred by our clients.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, striving to secure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
Manage case files and maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.
Handle lien reductions and subrogation issues.
Attend court proceedings and advocate on behalf of clients in trials and hearings.
Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the effective management of cases.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney.
Proven track record in personal injury litigation, including successful settlements and trial verdicts.
Proficient in case management and legal research software.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of medical liens and subrogation principles.
Ability to manage a high-volume case load while providing outstanding client service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
