Job description
I partner with a practice in Plainview, TX searching for a permanent Dentist to join their rapidly growing team. The local group with has 3 locations with plans to organically grow to 10 over the next 7 years. If interested in learning more, call/text anytime or apply directly to the posting!
Position:
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm
Payor Mix: Primarily Medicare/Medicaid, other insurances
Patient Ages: Family practice needing someone to treat primarily adults (100%)
Other doctor in group is currently working in location doing all Pediatrics
Clinic Production: Roughly $1.3 million annually
Chairs/Columns: 10 chairs
Offering:
Daily Guarantee: starting at $1,000 per day (for 6 months)
30% of collections
$300-400k annual earning potential
Relocation & Retention Bonus available
Typically, searching for a 2-year commitment
