Financial Systems & Reporting Consultant | $75-90/hr | Contract | Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Financial Systems & Reporting Consultant to support financial reporting, process improvement, and systems integration initiatives. You will support core operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across reporting and data management processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in helping organizations streamline financial workflows and improve reporting capabilities.
Who You Are:
Experience supporting financial planning, reporting, or accounting functions in a consulting or contract capacity
Proficiency in data management, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems
Experience assisting with system implementations, upgrades, or process automation projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities
Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
What You'll Do:
Assist with maintaining and improving recurring financial reports and dashboards
Perform data validation and quality review activities to ensure reporting accuracy
Support the implementation and adoption of a financial consolidation and reporting solution
Collaborate with finance leadership to streamline reporting and close-related processes
Help integrate and align data from multiple source systems into a centralized reporting environment
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
