Job Description
We are looking for a Planning Consultant to join our team in Monterey, CA. This role involves supporting 3-4 financial producers by creating and implementing financial plans for clients within a specific geographical area. Responsibilities include conducting pre/post appointment follow-ups and helping advisors uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks, as each advisor manages a book of 300-400 households.
Must Haves
1-3 years of financial planning experience
Experience with planning and financial consulting
Active Series 7 & Series 63 licenses (not expiring within 6 months), or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses
Experience selling financial services and assisting with trades
Experience creating financial plans for financial consultants
Familiarity with planning software
Charismatic personality and deadline-driven mindset
Strong relationship-building skills
