Job description
Role: Supervisor, Plant Accounting
Responsibilities
Lead financial operations for production facilities, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and plant P&L management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analyze variances.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Partner with operations and IT teams to enhance financial performance and data integrity.
Supervise a small accounting team, refine internal controls, and implement process improvements.
Promote a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and continuous learning.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Leadership experience in supervising accounting teams.
Ability to collaborate across departments and drive process improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with financial systems and data management tools.
