Job description
Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Plant Chief Engineer at our Gibbon, Nebraska facility. You will lead maintenance and engineering activities to meet production targets, design maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will supervise hourly maintenance staff, coordinate with other departments, manage budgets, and drive safety and reliability across all plant systems including conveyors, HVAC, and utilities.
