Job description
Reynolds Consumer Products in Jacksonville, IL, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Team Leader at our manufacturing plant on the day shift. You will lead floor-level CI efforts, guide operators and supervisors, and partner with the Plant CI Manager to drive daily improvements.
This hands-on role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. You will develop problem-solving, apply CI tools, and ensure standards are sustained through standard work and daily coaching.
