This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized and supporting day-to-day plant operations.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Plant Clerk Details:Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 to $15.50 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Provide administrative support for plant operations and production teamsEnter and maintain production, inventory, and shipping dataPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and production documentsAssist with recordkeeping and documentation controlCoordinate communication between departmentsTrack attendance, production metrics, and other plant information as assignedFile paperwork and maintain organized recordsSupport special projects and additional administrative tasks as neededPlant Clerk Qualifications:Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferredStrong data entry and computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be fluent in English (spoken and written)Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
