Job Description:
Accurately record all financial transactions in accounting systems; prepare and maintain balance sheets, and process accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, supporting strategic planning.
Analyze manufacturing cost data and provide clear, actionable variance reports to leadership.
Maintain robust internal controls around inventory; lead monthly cycle counts and full physical inventory counts as needed.
Act as a strategic partner to facility leadership and a liaison between operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
Interpret and manage key financial ratios to support business health and performance.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including detailed income statement and balance sheet reviews.
Support and contribute to the forecasting and financial planning processes.
Conduct financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements.
Apply a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree + MBA or CPA preferred
Very knowledgeable in accounting principles
