Plant Controller / Head of Cost Accounting

Following significant growth and the recent launch of a new production facility, they are seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to help drive operational excellence and support the next phase of expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You'll serve as the financial leader supporting plant operations, ensuring that inventory, costing, manufacturing performance, and operational activities are accurately reflected in the financial results.
You'll spend time both in financial systems and on the production floor, collaborating with leaders across operations, supply chain, maintenance, procurement, and finance to improve visibility, identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.

Inventory controls and reconciliation processes
Variance analysis and operational performance metrics
Root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
High-volume manufacturing environments preferred
