Plant Controller
Salary: $135,000 – $155,000

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller
Manage plant budgets including labor, materials, and operational costs
Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions
Lead month-end close and report financial results to leadership
Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accuracy of adjustments
Identify cost reduction opportunities across all cost drivers
Maintain internal controls and support ERP system utilization
Qualifications for the Plant Controller
Bachelor’s in Accounting or 7+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of Plant Controller experience
Inventory and manufacturing accounting experience preferred
Exposure to ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
