Job description
Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Plant Controller to lead month-end close, budgeting, and cost accounting for our Minnesota manufacturing site. You will own standard costing, inventory controls, and GAAP-compliant reporting while partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability.
The successful candidate will have 5–10+ years in manufacturing finance, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and a proven track record in cost accounting and variance analysis.
