Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and year-end financial close and prepare financial statements.
Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and GL accuracy.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Analyze gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, and variances.
Manage inventory costing, PPV, standard costing, and physical inventory.
Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditures, and leases.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership on financial performance.
Track key KPIs including labor efficiency, productivity, inventory turns, and working capital.
Support audits and tax activities.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Qualifications
Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manufacturing experience is required.
Experience with inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance.
Strong Excel/Office and ERP skills; Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
