As the Plant Controller at one of their U.S. operating sites, you will be a key member of the leadership team, directly supporting the Plant Manager and partnering closely with the CFO. This role is central to driving performance and ensuring financial integrity across operations. Transactional Accounting: Manage core financial operations including billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition (except where centralized at the corporate office).

Other Responsibilities: Support external audits, partner with other site controllers, and contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

About You

You are a relationship-oriented finance professional who thrives on understanding the business behind the numbers. You combine strong technical expertise in management and cost accounting with the interpersonal skills to build trust and influence outcomes. Resilient, collaborative, and solution-oriented, you are energized by working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your insights have a direct impact on results.
