Job description
We are partnering with a private equity-backed manufacturing company in the Des Moines area that is looking for a Plant Controller for its Grimes facility.
Highlights:
Serve as the key finance partner to plant leadership and operations
Own plant financials, close, KPIs, and operational reporting
⚙️ Lead standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis
Key role in the company's NetSuite implementation and ERP transformation
Partner on CapEx, project accounting, and operational investments
Lead and develop the plant accounting team
Significant growth potential within a PE-backed organization
They're looking for a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing, plant accounting, and cost accounting experience who can be a true business partner to operations.
