Job description
Jobot is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to lead the financial operations of a high-volume Upstate New York manufacturing facility. This role partners with plant leadership to drive profitability and continuous improvement through cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Candidate will oversee month-end close, cost rollups, and inventory controls, and collaborate with operations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
