Job description
Leggett & Platt is seeking a Plant Controller – Manufacturing Finance to lead the integrity of the manufacturing cost model and act as the financial partner to plant operations. You will own master data such as BOMs, routings, labor standards, and overhead, working with Engineering, Operations, and IT to improve costing accuracy and profitability.
The role collaborates on financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting activities, with a path toward broader leadership responsibilities
