Job description
Senneca Holdings seeks an experienced Plant Controller for the Mankato, MN plant. You will own the plant P&L and balance sheet, serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager, and oversee all accounting functions. The role requires supporting a secondary Cincinnati facility with monthly travel.
Qualifications include 5+ years in intercompany reconciliation, accounting in manufacturing, ERP experience, and strong leadership capabilities to drive financial performance and compliance.
