Overview
A manufacturing plant in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Plant Controller to manage plant-level financial activity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare plant financial statements and manage month-end close
Maintain inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance reporting
Manage cost accounting and production cost analysis
Lead budgets and forecasts
Partner with plant operations on financial needs
Support capital planning and audit activity
Improve financial processes and systems
Oversee plant accounting staff (if applicable)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years in manufacturing accounting or finance
Cost accounting and inventory experience
