Job description
Schumacher & Co is seeking a highly analytical Plant Controller to lead all financial and operational reporting for the Paramount Prints division. You will be the financial anchor, bridging factory floor realities with corporate finance, owning inventory accuracy, RNV discrepancies, and capital expenditure management.
This leadership role requires 7–10+ years in manufacturing finance, strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and a track record of mentoring AR/AP staff.
