Key Responsibilities

Oversee plant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, and production performance.
Develop and analyze KPIs to support operational and financial decision-making.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Partner with operations and corporate finance leadership to support business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and financial analysis.
Experience with ERP systems
CPA or CMA certification preferred. xhqgsiq
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
