Job description
DPR Construction seeks a senior operations leader to direct prefabrication plant operations, production performance, and financial outcomes across safety, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics.
You will establish budgets, lead plant leadership teams, manage capacity planning, and drive continuous improvements with regional and national prefabrication leaders to meet project demand and strategic goals.
