Job description
Niron Magnetics seeks a hands-on Plant Director to lead operations at its Sartell, MN facility. You’ll start with startup leadership, then own day-to-day production, maintenance, and materials flow. You’ll build systems, recruit the team, and drive safety, quality, and performance from ramp to steady state.
Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own budgets, drive KPI performance, and partner with engineering, R&D, and supply chain to enable scalable growth.
