FPC of Hendersonville is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and reliability functions at a fast-paced manufacturing site. The role reports to the Plant Manager and drives asset management, capital execution, and continuous improvement.
The position values hands-on leadership, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibility for safety and PSM compliance across the facility.
