NEXXTA is seeking a Plant Controller to work closely with the Plant Manager on financial reporting, budgeting, and KPI development. This role involves managing the accuracy of financial data and tracking inventory costs while developing annual budgets.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
