Job description
CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach. The General Manager will have full responsibility for the performance, profitability, and continued development of the business unit, aligning manufacturing, materials, maintenance, and supporting functions with common objectives.
The role requires 12+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, experience with unions, and an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
