Job description
Precision Castparts Corp. in Gardena, CA, is seeking a General Manager to run the PB Fasteners site. The GM owns the plant P&L, drives safety, quality, delivery, and profitability, and builds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will lead a manufacturing leadership team, develop talent, deliver on budget and forecast, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires 7+ years of leadership in machining or precision manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree; MS/MBA
