Job description
Precision Castparts is seeking a General Manager to lead the New Hartford and Dunkirk operations. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
You will drive strategic programs to strengthen profitability and melt capacity in collaboration with SMC Aerospace leadership. The GM will own plant P&L, budgets, and forecasts, and develop a high-performing, diverse team across functional areas.
