Plant Health Services Crew LeadThe Plant Health Services Crew Lead leads the department's operations and team, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service while meeting contract requirements and achieving departmental sales and profit goals.The Plant Health Services Crew Lead oversees the administrative and field operations of the department, including contract performance, scheduling, crew management, job-site quality, safety, equipment and inventory, procurement, and production standards. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting employee performance and development, and overseeing department sales, estimating, and contract administration. The Crew Lead also ensures compliance with company safety standards and stays current on industry practices related to plant health, horticulture, sustainability, and water conservation.Requires:6+ years of Plant Health Services experience4+ years of project management experienceApplicable Michigan pesticide licenses/certificationsStrong knowledge of horticulture and landscape practicesMust possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, delegation, and project-management skillsBe proficient with technologyMaintain a valid and insurable driving recordBilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
