Heartland Food Products Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support manufacturing plant employees and leaders in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on employee engagement, front-line leader coaching, recruitment, benefits, and workforce planning.
As HRBP, you will ensure policy consistency, maintain confidential records, and coach managers in HR best practices while complying with safety and GMP standards. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR experience.
