Job description
Corning Inc. is seeking a Plant HR Manager for the Winston-Salem facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive HR strategies across talent, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and safety.
Lead training programs, performance reviews, and staffing to support fast-paced operations. The ideal candidate has 7–8+ years in progressive HR roles (or 4–7+ with a Master’s), manufacturing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
