Job description
Gold Bond Building Products, LLC is seeking a Plant HR Manager to lead employee relations, labor compliance, and HR operations at the Fort Dodge plant. You will manage recruitment, on-boarding, investigations, and training while ensuring FLSA/ADA/Title VII compliance and effective payroll processing.
