We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead the people function at a 800-employee manufacturing facility in Laurel, MD.

This role will oversee a team of HR Generalists and a Recruiter, partnering closely with plant leadership to drive employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
The HR Manager will be highly visible on the floor, providing clear, practical guidance to supervisors and ensuring consistent execution of policies in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include high volume ER investigations, leading talent acquisition, supporting compliance and labor practices, and implementing scalable HR processes that improve efficiency and engagement. xavwley
