Job description
Mantrose Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of production equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing setting. You will lead a team of technicians, drive preventive maintenance programs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will manage budgets, collaborate with contractors, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and costs while maintaining compliance with SQF, FDA, USDA, and HACCP requirements.
