Plant Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Rock Hill, SC (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–12 months before potential permanent conversion)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Rock Hill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational improvements, develop a strong team, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused work environment with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.
Manage operating budgets, KPIs, and capital improvement projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
10+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
5+ years of plant or site leadership experience.
Experience managing production, maintenance, safety, and operating budgets.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
U.S. work authorization required.
Preferred Qualifications
Chemical manufacturing or process industry experience.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
Experience managing $10M+ operating budgets .
Background in plant turnarounds, operational improvements, or capital projects. xhmxlyz
