Job description
Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Plant Manager for the Ridgeway, SC site to oversee overall plant operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and lead maintenance and housekeeping standards. The role requires coordinating production, equipment layouts, workflow, and material planning to meet goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years as a plant manager in a related industry, knowledge of OSHA safety practices, and purchasing experience.
