Job DescriptionThe Judge Group is seeking a Plant Manager for a food manufacturing client in Monee, IL area!

Responsibilities:
\ NOversee all aspects of production, maintenance, facilities, and regulatory compliance for the plant
\ NDevelop and manage budgets for labor, materials, overhead, and capital projects
\ NEstablish and implement manufacturing policies and procedures
\ NLead efforts in quality assurance, supply chain management, facility layout, equipment selection, and operational support
\ NDrive productivity improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards
\ NMonitor daily production requirements and report on high-priority jobs and issues
\ NAnalyze data to identify inefficiencies, waste, or overtime and implement solutions
\ NInvestigate product loss,inventory discrepancies, and low output
\ NIntroduce new manufacturing technologies to improve quality and reduce costs
\ NCoordinate production scheduling with supervisors and managers
\ NRecruit, develop, and manage leadership and key manufacturing personnel
\ NEnsure successful completion of all required audits
\ NLead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
\ NPromote continuous improvement in productivity, quality, customer service, and safety
\ NParticipate in internal auditing programs
\ NCollaborate with executive and management teams to set and achieve strategic goals
\ NRepresent the organization in community activities

Requirements:
\ NBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
\ N7-10 years of senior operations management in food manufacturing
\ NKnowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation
\ NExperience with fast-paced plant operations and high standards for quality
\ NContinuous Improvement certification a plus
\ N
