Job description
Kroger is seeking an on-site Shift Supervisor to lead the department in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production. You will train and direct daily tasks, uphold SOPs, and drive improvements in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
This role requires effective communication across shifts, adherence to SQF 2000 systems, and the ability to manage workloads and overtime as needed while upholding Kroger's core values of respect, integrity, and safety.
