Job description
Kroger is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the department when the supervisor is unavailable, ensuring efficient operation and meeting department goals within SQR and Customer 1st strategy.
You will model Kroger's values, train associates, enforce SOPs, participate in team meetings, improve quality and safety, and coordinate cross training while maintaining attendance and flexibility to work overtime.
