Job description
Grace is seeking an Operations Manager for the Pasadena, TX site to oversee all production activities across three units, including batch-mixing, distillation and packaging. The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires safety-minded leadership in a 24/7 environment with night/weekend on-call duties.
The ideal candidate has a science or engineering background with 8+ years in specialty chemicals and 3+ years of leadership, plus experience with KPIs, budgeting and process improvements.
