Job description
Aegis Worldwide in Indianapolis seeks an Associate Director of Operations to oversee all plant functions, including Production and Quality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader effective in driving safety, quality, and productivity while fostering employee engagement.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience, primarily in food manufacturing. Skills in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement are preferred.
