Job description
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Mt Juliet 2, Tennessee facility. This is a new facility that will support our continued growth in the region.
The Plant Manager will drive operational excellence, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineered-to-order products. The role will partner with business leaders to scale operations, optimize processes, and build a high-performance team.
